A mobile wireless communications device is provided to reduce coupling of the electronics hearing aid and the SAR of the mobile phone. A mobile wireless communications device includes a portable housing(24), a printed circuit board, a wireless transceiver circuit, an antenna(35), and antenna beam forming devices(30a, 30b, 32a, 32b). A pair of fist antenna beam forming devices is adjacent to the antenna and is separated from antenna while being floated. Two pairs of second antenna beam forming devices are adjacent to the antenna and are separated from antenna while being floated. The position of a pair of fist antenna beam forming devices is determined to be offset to second antenna beam forming devices.
