A cup containing instant noodle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to vary the volume of the cup. A manufacturing method of a foldable cup comprises: dividing the inner cup into a first unit(1), a second top(22), and the second lower part(21); a step for folding the second lower part to be bottom part; a step for installing a variable unit in the second lower part; a step for making a first outside wall; a step for making a second elastic outside wall(200); a step for adhering the first outside wall(11) to the first unit; and a step for adhering the second outside wall to the second top.
