An improved structure of the dust cover of the head lamp for automobile is provided to cut down the processing cost and reduce the number of processes by forming the O-ring which is molded with the dust cover for the airtight of the head lamp inside. The dust cover structure of the head lamp for automobile comprises the head lamp, the hole, the dust cover(50), and the O-ring(60). The head lamp is prepared in order to light the front sight of vehicle. The hole is formed for the bulb exchange of the head lamp. The dust cover is mounted on the back-end part of the head lamp in order to block hole off. The O-ring is inserted into the dust cover and rules as the sealing. The dust cover structure of the head lamp for automobile comprises the bonding groove(51), the O-ring, and the combining projection(61). The deformity groove is injection-formed along the joint inner circumference of the dust cover. The combining projection is injection-molded along the inner inertial surface of O-ring.
