An apparatus for covering a resin to an outer side of a filter is provided to pull and cover smoothly a resin using no adhesive when the resin such as non-woven is covered. An apparatus for covering a resin to an outer side of a filter contains a filter support frame(10) in which a long filter insertion space of a semicircular shape is formed and which inserts a lower part of the filter, a filter pressmold(20), a left side rotator, a right side rotator, a rotator contact unit, a pressmold mobile unit(70), a rotator driving unit(60), a thermal plate and a fusion unit.
