An air evacuative binding type air packing bag and a packing method are provided to prevent the packing article from being influenced in spite of rocking of the air packing. An air evacuative binding type air packing bag comprises: two outer films laminated on the top and bottom; two inner layers on which the heatproof material(1c) is applied; one or more air column(20) which is formed by heat-sealing two outer films and stores the air; an air charge path(9) positioned in the side of the air column; a receiving space which sucks the air and compresses a first buffering wall(21) and a second buffering wall(22) after receiving the packing article.
