An optical sheet having electromagnetic wave shielding functions capable of preventing moire effect, filter including the same, and display device including the same are provided to maintain high resolution by improving a contrast ratio and reducing mesophase. An optical sheet(200) having electromagnetic wave shielding functions capable of preventing moire effect comprises an optical transmission part(210), a plurality of outdoor light absorption parts(220), and an electromagnetic wave shielding layer(225). The optical transmission part has a plurality of grooves(g210) which are arranged separately. The outdoor light absorption part is filled in the groove, and is made of a light absorption material. In the electromagnetic wave shielding layer, a conductive material is filled in at least a part on the outdoor light absorption part.
