A vacuum apparatus for an electric cooker is provided to quickly cook food by mixing food and water, and prevent food from being decayed or oxidized while storing food. A vacuum apparatus for an electric cooker comprises a oven(10), an inner pot(11), an inner pot lid(12), an outer pot lid(13), a lid rotary axis(14), a lid opening and shutting button(15), a bottom heater(16), a side warming heater(17), a lid warming heater(18) and a control panel(19). An electronic valve(20) is installed inside the outer pot lid. A pump(20) consisting of an air inlet(31) and an air orifice(32) is connected to an outer side of a pot body; and a control switch controlling drive of the electronic valve and the pump on the outer surface of the outer pot lid. |
