An event message receiving method, an event message transferring method, and a control point are provided to manage a life cycle such as the installation, update, and delete of an application installed in a controlled device efficiently by receiving information about a state change of the application. An application is installed in a controlled device(12) through network. An initial message which requests the beginning of the application operation and includes a parameter including at least one service included in the application. An event message which shows from the controlled device state change of one or more service specified with parameter.
