The device has a hub (1) with an axle (2) that supports photovoltaic modules (3) by an action of a motor (4) and supports an orientation of the modules by rotation of the axle, in a direction from the east towards the west. Another hub (5) inclines the modules upwards or downwards, according to the change of season. A photodiode sensor (8) controls the inclination of the modules by an endless screw (7). An electrical contact clock controls the rotation of the axle from the east to the west.
