The device has an adhesive band (22) formed of a film sealed and folded in equal parts from a central longitudinal line (24) of the band to constitute flaps (26, 28), where the film is a metallic film e.g. aluminum film, or a metal coated film e.g. aluminized film. Each of the flaps are provided with an adhesive layer to laterally and respectively adhere the flaps on internal and external faces of a phonic and thermal isolation compound (10) on both sides of a transversal cut to assure closing of the compound at level of the cut. The layer is formed from acrylic or fusible type adhesive mass.
