The device has telescopic or foldable arms (1, 8) such as internal and external arms, mounted on a hinge-pin and pulled to form clothes rack, where the arms are mounted one above another. The telescopic arms forming an angle are attached to a rod (6). The external arm is provided with slots (7) in which the rod is housed. A lock maintains the arm in place when the arm is pushed. A locking nut (3) includes a spring (5) at inside the tube and the rod, where the nut is made of metal. A stop (4) made of metal is welded to the external arm.
