An impact sensing system of vehicle and an operation method thereof are provided to prevent a collision with pedestrians due to signal distortion and determine the impact position of the vehicle. An impact sensing system of vehicle comprises a plurality of acceleration sensors and a controller(30). The acceleration sensors include a first acceleration sensor(10) which is provided on one of the right and left sides of a bumper to measure the impact acceleration of the vehicle, and a second acceleration sensor(20) which is provided on the other side of the bumper to measure the impact acceleration of the vehicle. The controller determines the impact of vehicle according to the data applied from the acceleration sensors.
