A plant for reducing harmful material of incinerator exhaust gas is provided to remove harmful materials such as dioxins from the exhaust gas generated in the incineration of waste effectively without replacement of catalyst or re-heating of the exhaust gas. A harmful material reduction plant comprises an incineration part(100) burning up waste, a semi-dry type harmful material removal part(200) removing the harmful material included in the exhaust gas generated in incineration, and a wet type harmful material removal part(300) removing the harmful material of the exhaust gas passing through the semi-dry type removal part by using cleaning water and removal agent. The wet type harmful material removal part includes a mixer(310) mixing activated coal powder with the cleaning water, a water tub(320) producing the harmful material removal agent by mixing caustic soda and the activated coal solution, a tower(330) through which the exhaust gas generated in incineration passes, and an injection unit(340) removing the harmful material of the exhaust gas passing through the tower. |
