<p>A diagnostic method for colibacillosis in pigs is provided to cure the colibacillosis in pigs immediately and to prevent the disease diffusion by quick and sensitively diagnosing the colibacillosis. A diagnostic method for colibacillosis in pigs comprises (a) a step for performing a multiplex polymerase chain reaction of the nucleic acid sample material for analyzing by using a primer set selected from the group consisting of the primer set specific in fimA and fimH, the primer set specific in F4 and F18, the primer set specific in F5, F6 and F41, and the primer set specific in STa (Heat-stable toxin a), STb (Heat-stable toxin b) and LT (Heat-labile toxin); and (b) a step for measuring the size of the genetic product amplified in the (a) step.</p> |
