A multimedia data creation/reproduction apparatus and method and a recording medium thereof are provided to implement synchronization of multimedia data easily with simple structure data and perform data search function readily without referencing table information. A multimedia data creation/reproduction apparatus comprises a first data encoding part(110) encoding inputted first data, a first chunk data generating part(120) generating first chunk data including the first encoded unit data and identification and amplitude information on the data, a second data encoding part(140) encoding inputted second data, a second chunk data generating part(150) generating second chunk data including the second encoded unit data and identification and amplitude information on the data, and a multimedia data generating part(160) generating multimedia data which is arranged and combined according to the time order the first chunk data and second chunk data are reproduced.
