WIRELESS LAN APPARATUS BASED ON MULTIPLE MAC ENTITIES

A wireless LAN device for being applied to a wireless LAN environment supporting a contention based channel access is provided to recover the uniform of using a channel resource by fundamentally preventing unbalance problem of the up down traffic in wireless LAN environment. A multiple MAC entity controller(310) independently operates a plurality of media access control entities controlling a channel access attribute of a transmission frame. An internal collision treatment part(320) controls the channel access attempt generated by more than two MAC entity. The transmission frame selected by the internal collision treatment part is converted into the signal of the physical layer and transmitted by a physical layer processor(330) through a radio channel.
