A device for detecting voltage using MEMS and AD converter using the same are provided to serve a resistor and a comparator by performing a high resolution and a high speed with a low consumption power. A device for detecting voltage using MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical System) comprises a strip(110) and a membrane(120). The membrane keeps a specific distance from the strip. The device for detecting voltage senses a contact of the membrane and the strip according to a voltage supplied between the strip and the membrane, and detects whether a voltage more than a critical voltage was applied or not.
