An ad-hoc mode operation method of a wireless base station and a terminal capable of performing an ad-hoc mode in a wireless system is provided to be capable of the ad-hoc mode in the wireless system and to increase the processing ratio of data communication in the recognition wireless system. An ad hoc network configuration request with a second terminal(120) is received from a first terminal(110). The ad-hoc mode initiating request with the first terminal is transmitted from the second terminal and configures ad hoc network. The comprised ad hoc network protects a priority user. A third terminal participates in the ad-hoc network.
