A manufacturing method of sun-dried salt is provided to remove and reduce the inveterate disease flag and heavy metal without remaining secondary pollutant in evaporation area of the saltpan. A manufacturing method of sun-dried salt for removing and reducing the inveterate disease flag and heavy metal comprises a process of collecting the Phragmites communis with the root which is the presentation plant; a process of ripping off the upper layer of the reed stem to raise the heavy metal absorption efficiency of nitrogen or phosphous and in order not to contaminate the water; a process of preventing the growing point in advance; a process of preventing the growing of Phragmites communis out of a minute net; a process of covering the Phragmites communis with charcoal on the ground with 20~60 centimeter depth; and a process of removing and reducing the inveterate disease flag and heavy metal continuously. |
