A plasma display panel is provided to reduce the discharge path of the address discharge and promote the high-speed addressing with the low voltage. A plasma display panel comprises the first substrate(111), the second substrate(121), the partition of the honey-comb structure, and the first electrode line and the second electrode line(112X,112Y), the address electrode(122), the first electrode part(113X), the second electrode part(113Y), the fluorescent substance, the discharge gas, and the connection line. The first substrate and the second substrate are arranged to face each other. The partition of the honey-comb structure partitions off hexagon discharge cells. The first electrode line and the second electrode line are extended to the staggered pattern along the partition. The address electrode is extended to the first direction intersecting the first electrode line and the second electrode line on the second substrate. The fluorescent substance is coated on the inner wall of the discharge cell.
