A two-step coupled sliding connector assembly is provided to fix a location of a sliding cam stably and be operated only during the connection of connectors, thereby preventing malfunction of the sliding cam. A first and second connectors(100,200) are moved by a sliding cam to connect a terminal. The sliding cam(300) includes two sidewalls in a row, an inducing groove and an elastic hook piece formed on the sidewalls, and a connecting wall(302) connecting the sidewalls. The first connector includes a sidewall containing unit(120) containing the sidewalls, and a connector containing unit(110) containing the second connector. The second connector includes a to be induced protrusion(220) contained at the inducing groove and a release protrusion(210) contactable with the elastic hook piece.
