An electronic bulletin board for vehicle height regulation is provided to detect whether to exceed the height limit of a vehicle on a real-time basis, to display the warning message to the vehicle violating traffic regulations, and to secure evidence materials such as a license plate of the vehicle violating traffic regulations, etc., and then to transmit to a control and reporting center on a real-time basis. An electronic bulletin board for vehicle height regulation comprises a case(2) mounted to the top of one side of a vehicle height regulation system, a vehicle height detector(4) detecting the vehicles exceeding the height limit of vehicles by emitting and receiving a laser beam against vehicles approaching to face toward the case, a camera(6) photographing the front of the relevant vehicle in the high definition when the vehicle violating the height limit is detected, a controller transmitting the stored video information through the camera to the control and reporting center, and an LED display panel(8) indicating the warning message according to the control signal of the controller.
