FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: chain coupler is made up of two parts moving lengthwise to engage and disengage the coupler. Every part of aforesaid coupler is furnished with tenon on its one end and, on the other one, with slot receiving the said tenon. Tenon and slot height H is equal to coupler width bi. Tenon is furnished with several locking ribs arranged one above the other and occupying a part of the tenon edges.
