FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: tracheotomic tube contains an internal dilatator and a tracheocannula bridged with it and consists of two parts connected together. The first part contains the part of an internal dilatator intended for introduction in a larynx, and a part of tracheocannula adjoining to it. The second part contains the part of an internal dilatator intended for introduction in a trachea, and a part of the tracheocannula adjoining to it, both parts of the tracheotomic tube are supplied by the flanges established on the free extremities of the tracheocannula parts, and the flange established on the first part, is executed with a cut corresponding to diameter of the of the tracheocannula. ^ EFFECT: provides simplification of interposition and leaving during longtime location in a lumen of respiratory tracts. ^ 4 cl, 7 dwg
