FIELD: technological processes; construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes delivery of veneer raw materials from warehouse, further hydrothermal treatment, bark stripping, sawing into chumps, delivery of chumps to shelling machines, cylindering of chumps and their shelling for veneer sheet. Cores that are left after shelling are longitudinally sawn in parts. Cores are sawn longitudinally into four identical parts that represent sector in their cross section, after that every part is milled from both sides to shape pentagons in cross section, then after drying parts are glued into hollow bar. ^ EFFECT: reduction of wastes amount produced in veneer production. ^ 1 dwg |
