摘要 FIELD: heating. ^ SUBSTANCE: spray drier contains humid material feeding box with feed screw, drying cabinet with support grid, furnace with mixing chamber, turboblower, exhaust air purification system containing chamber supplied with material delivered through injector. Drying agent injected from furnace using concurrent with sprayed material. Fine solid particles of dried material are deposited on chamber bottom and separated with screw 3. Exhaust dusty gases are acoustically prepared in acoustic dust collector. Exhaust dusty gases are acoustically prepared in acoustic system with optimal parameters for acoustic preparation of medium dust as follows: sound pressure level 140 dB and more, vibration frequency 900 Hz, dust concentration in air flow not less than 2 g/m3, insonification time 1.5...2 s. Then gas flow is delivered to cyclone with box where bulk gas-carried dry material is separated. Gases are finally purified in bag filter with exhaust channel supplied with recirculating valve changing exhaust and purified air flow to input of furnace mixing chamber. Circuit is added with microprocessor connected to pressure sensor, temperature sensor, humidity detector, air and pseudoliquated flow sensor mounted in elements of drying circuit, and to function elements regulating parameters of all elements of drying circuit which analysing parameters of drying process and setting optimum mode by control signal exposing to function elements of drying circuit elements. Sprayer in designed as acoustic liquid injector containing case with in-built ultrasonic oscillator designed as nozzle and ring resonant cavity. Case is vertical linear bushing in upper part of which there is air nozzle mounted with its axis perpendicular to liquid nozzle. And case contains in-built coaxial rigid bushing with upper and lower flange plates with lower flange plate rigidly fixed in in-case groove. Bushing contains coaxial ring resonant cavity executed in the form of cup with conic surface. Cup is inserted in resonant cavity rod of diameter d. And its tail part includes locking disks designed as elastic petals connected to internal surface of bushing. Lower flange plate contains at least one nozzle mounted at the angle 2040 to axis of resonator cavity. Axis of nozzle rests on circle in midsection of conic surface.
