摘要 FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to a method and device, in which a piezoelectric element, which generates shearing strain, is joined to a wedge, or a piezoelectric element, which also generates shearing strain. A piezoelectric element, which generates vertical deformation and a mobile body, can precisely move in a perpendicular direction. A method and device is designed, in which by dividing piezoelectric elements into layers, which generate shearing strain such that, their shearing directions are different, and by joining with a wedge, a mobile body can move in a perpendicular direction, even when considerable force is applied to sliding surface. A wedge shaped displacement element is designed, which is put on the surface in the horizontal direction of an immobile body, and to which is fixed the piezoelectric element, which generates shearing strain, pulse source for fast deformation and movement of the piezoelectric element, and the mobile body. The mobile body touches the surface of the immobile body in the perpendicular direction through movement of the wedge shaped displacement element and moves in a perpendicular direction.
