FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed electronic identification device is placed at a distance from opposite ends of a pipe. A second sheet of flexible material has a through opening and is also wound around an axis, touching the surface of the first sheet, and is glued to it. The electronic identification device is put into the opening of the second sheet.
