The system (10) has a scanning machine (12) provided with a hand scanning probe (14) and a display unit. The scanning probe has a controlling interface (21) controlling a removable remote control unit (22) that remotely controls controllable additional equipments e.g. nerve stimulator (16) and syringe-driver (18). The remote control unit is integrated to the scanning probe. A hand tool i.e. needle (40), permits injection or aspiration of a product i.e. fluid, in a body of a patient.
