An assembling structure of an air conditioner case is provided to assemble easily and adamantly a panel member comprising an air conditioner case on a frame member. The assembling structure of the air conditioner case comprises a corner joint device(10) of which a combining projection is formed at the three direction of crossing at right angle each other; a frame member which is connected and fixed to a corner joint device and of which a flange(21) and a groove(23) are formed at both sides; a panel member(30) which is settled in the flange of the frame member and is combined in the frame member; and a fixing means which is combined in the groove of the frame member, and adamantly supports and fixes the panel member to the frame member.
