A composition dropping apparatus for submarine work is provided to smoothly throw down the composition on a destination and properly adjust the length of a dropping pipe correspondingly to the underwater bottom depth of a place to which the composition is dropped. A composition dropping apparatus for submarine work comprises the followings: a dropping pipe(40) in which a dropping space for guiding the composition, injected into a hopper, so as to be loaded on the underwater bottom is formed; a connection pipe(42) which is fixed to a working line so that the dropping pipe can be connected to the hopper; and at least one or more ascent and descent tubes which is connected with an inner side of the connection pipe and is ascended and descended by an elevating apparatus. A plurality of traffic holes(50) are opened from the outer side to the inner side of the circumference of the connection pipe and ascent and descent tubes.
