The invention relates to a stabilizer-free solubilizate of a preservative containing an aliphatic and/or an aromatic acid such as for example sorbic acid and/or benzoic acid and one or more emulsifiers having an HLB between 9 and 18, and an emulsifier content between approximately 50% by weight and approximately 95% by weight, based on the total weight of the solubilizate.
