The device has a set of side walls (1) delimiting space dedicated to an animal and a door (2), which is mobile between two extreme positions e.g. closed and open positions. The door is associated on a hand by utilizing a set of elastic units (3) that permits the door to automatically return to the open position. A set of locking units (4) maintains the door in closed position and the control units inactivate the locking units. The elastic units comprise a torsion spring (30) positioned coaxially to swiveling axis (X) of the door.
