A cover combining device is provided, which makes the assembly and separation simple while combining a cover strongly. A cover combining device for shutting a sealed tank or a pressure vessel tightly comprises: a supporting angle(4) of which one end is fixed on the outer circumference of the casing flange and is formed of a protrusion(6) in the other end; a rotating disc having a clamping portion; a casing(2) for securing sealability; a cover(3) covering the casing; and a packing installed between the casing flange and the cover to prevent leaking.
