The structure has a distribution unit that distributes gas or fluid flow in a building. A processing unit processes the gas or fluid flow distributed in the building. A connecting elements connect the distribution unit, the processing unit, an energy production unit and a gas or fluid flow recovery unit to an electric and telephonic network, where the connecting elements are formed in a certain manner to permit testing and regulation of the units at end of fabrication of the structure during transportation and integration of the structure on the building.
