An in-wheel motor mounting structure is provided to minimize the cumulative tolerance since the directly combined part is decreased. An in-wheel motor mounting structure comprises a wheel bearing which is comprised of the fixing unit and rotating unit and rotates and supports the wheel of the vehicles, a knuckle including the chassis fixation part and wheel bearing joint, a stator bracket of which one end is combined with the stator(117) of the in-wheel motor and the other end part is combined with the wheel bearing joint of knuckle. The stator bracket is equipped with the bolt lock hole in which the screw thread is formed.
