A light weight insulating mortar is provided to increase a cohesive force and to prevent being broken by including and mixing silicate, and a flexibility acryl-monomer or a natural latex. A light weight insulating mortar comprises a light weight insulating mortar composition and a hardening composition. The light weight insulating mortar composition comprises extrusion foam styrofoam 30 - 60 parts by weight and cement 135 - 600 parts by weight. The light weight insulating mortar composition comprises one or more of yellow soil 400 - 500 parts by weight and zeolite 400 - 500 parts by weight. A weight ratio of the light weight insulating mortar composition and the hardening composition is 4.1 : 1 - 5.1 : 1.
