A method for spheradizing and fine-powderizing frit glass using a high frequency thermal plasma is provided to have a little contaminant, a small size and a spheradize shape, to improve dispersibility and to control exactly a composition when producing paste, slurry and ink. A method for spheradizing and fine-powderizing frit glass using a high frequency thermal plasma comprise steps of: injecting pulverized frit glass(1) in middle axis direction of a high frequency thermal plasma torch(4); utterly vaporizing the injected frit glass while proceeding the injected frit glass along a central axis of the high frequency thermal plasma; and rapidly cooling the vaporized frit glass steam vapor in order to be changed to the spherical shape frit glass(11) of nanopowder. |
