A payment processing method is provided to fill a prepaid card with money through once payment by a credit card, thereby paying a small amount of money in the off-line state without on-line link. A payment processing method comprises the following steps of: selecting one of a credit card(or, the credit card information) and a prepaid card(or, the prepaid card information) equipped in an ICC(Integrated Circuit Chip) as a payment means(320); if the selected payment means is the credit card(or, the credit card information), processing the payment through the credit card(330); and if the selected payment means is the prepaid card(or, the prepaid card information), processing the payment through the prepaid card(340). |
