The device (1) has a frontal protection glass (3) exteriorly closing a containment case (2) and a light reflector (5) housed inside the case. A light source (7) e.g. LED, is housed between the reflector and the glass, and emits a radiation forming a beam reflected towards the glass. The light source is carried by a rotary or sliding support (9) that is removable with respect to the case and mounted in a region extending before the reflector. The support is displaced towards exterior to assure the extraction of the light source outside the case and replacement of the source in case of need.
