A flash memory based security secondary storing apparatus is presented to support rapid calculation and at the same time to support data renewal as safe as or safer than a hard disc. According to a flash memory based security secondary storing apparatus, a controller encodes data to be stored or decodes encoded data. A NAND flash memory stores the encoded data in a corresponding block or a page. The controller receives position and data of a target for write operation from an operation driver, and calculates a block number or a page number in the NAND flash memory corresponding to the received position, and generates a block key or a page key corresponding to the calculated block or page number, and encodes the data of the target for write operation using the generated block key or page key, and encodes the generated block key or page key using the master key.
