The device has guiding rollers housed in a hollow of a rail e.g. left rail (4), and situated at ends of the device to guide the device. A pulverization device is set in start position or in stop position using a control handle situated on a movable control arm (2). The pulverization device includes two parts such as ramp and head, where the head is operated in grooves situated on each side of the rail. A support of the ramp and a nut is connected with frame. An active or non active fixed element provides an obstacle driving function.
