A method of confirming safety of a bridge pier structure is provided to attach a hydraulic cylinder and an inclination measuring part to a bridge pier structure to confirm the floating state of the bridge pier and measure the inclination of the bridge pier to perform safety test. A safety test fixture(90) includes a pier foundation(10), a bridge post(12) and a pier copping(14) installed in a pier structure(20) of a bridge. The safety test fixture includes first and second fixing plates(30), a hydraulic cylinder(40), a bridge post calibration console(50), a hydraulic cylinder fixing member(60), and a floating measurement part(70). The safety test fixture confirms a moved length through the floating measurement part when an upper structure of the bridge is floated according to a load applied thereto to confirm the bridge post is safe in advance.
