A carrier hole forming apparatus of the progressive mold is provided to accurately set up the location of a carrier hole by holding down the carrier of a terminal strap before processing the carrier hole using a punch. A carrier hole forming apparatus of the progressive mold comprises a lower holder(10) equipped a lower retainer(15); an upper holder(30) equipped an upper retainer(34) and relatively moves about the lower holder; a carrier hole punch(60) selectively striking the material by the lower holder and upper holder move relatively; a first fix punch(50) in which the pilot pin(55) passes through and which is equipped; and an elastic member is connected one end of the first fix punch to provide the elastic force for the first fix punch to material.
