<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal capable of varying the progress of a game executed by a mobile terminal corresponding to a current site of the mobile terminal, a game control method, and a computer readable record medium. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile terminal receives signals periodically radio-transmitted from a base station controlling a radio-area wherein the mobile terminal is currently positioned among a plurality of base stations, and extracts a base station ID code and game information from the received signals and stores them into an ID code storing area.
