<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a step value collation processing system and a step value collation processing method for achieving the elimination or suppression of the influence of any inaccurate information which may occur in the stable operation and secondary information source of this system, and for increasing the reliability of determination processing of whether or not the ordering processing of conditioned orders has been properly executed, and for achieving a much more proper customer service. <P>SOLUTION: This step value collation processing system is composed to execute processing by a first step value collation processing means 29 by using market cost data and step value time data as primary market price information acquired from a transaction place system 70 of a primary information source, and to execute processing by a second step value collation processing 30 by using market price data and market price generation time data as secondary market price information acquired from a market price information providing system 80 of a secondary information source.
