<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of mask leakage alarm caused by a work. <P>SOLUTION: A center server 11 comprises a work plan management unit 21, a work information-work record database 22, an alarm mask processing unit 23, a mask pattern production processing unit 24, an actual fault recording database 25, and a mask pattern database 26. Discrimination is made as to whether a notified alarm is the mask leakage alarm relating to work plan information PL. When it is discriminated as being the mask leakage alarm relating to the work plan information PL, the current day related work alarm mask information MS-ADD(1 through n) is produced, after discriminating whether an alarm is issued from a related work PLr. Then a mask pattern MP is produced, by correlating an alarm ALM to be notified at the time of operation to a work object 12, based on work alarm mask information MS and the current day related work alarm mask information MS-ADD(1 through n).
