PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens sheet having excellent heat resistance, a low water absorbing property, high transparency and a high refractive index while using an inexpensively producible resin. SOLUTION: The lens sheet comprises a transparent substrate and at least one lens part formed on at least one surface of the transparent substrate. The transparent substrate contains a cyclized polymer having a glass transition temperature of 105-200°C obtained by cyclizing a copolymer (A) containing a styrene derivative unit and a conjugated diene derivative unit, wherein the styrene derivative unit and the conjugated diene derivative unit may be at least partly hydrogenated.
