A speed reducer (6) and a motor (5) are connected together and are also fixed to the frame (4), the speed reducer (6) is connected to the main shaft of the ball-shaped spherical pan body (1) through a belt (9). The mixing mechanism (2) is in the inner space of the ball-shaped pan body (1), which made up of a planet gear (10), a sun gear (11) and a mixing vane (12). The planet gear (10) is fixed to the main shaft of the ball-shaped pan body (1) and then engaged to the sun gear (11), thus the ball-shaped pan body (1) and the mixing vane (2) can rotate perpendicular to each other.
