The rotary room is supported on a drive pipe (1) that is inserted in a bore hole in a ground. A hollow space inside the drive pipe is filled with concrete mass. Energy lines (2) for hot and cold water, waste water, telephone and antenna are fed to the pipe through a frost-proof lower earth surface, and are provided to a user site of room regions. A recess (3) is provided on a top part of the pipe such that a ball or sliding bearing (4) is received in a lower region of the recess. A large ball bearing (5) with an external teeth is provided on an upper front side of the pipe.
